Care Assistant
Care assistants are required to give support in the performance of all duties relating to the effective management of the home. You will work with other members of staff to help provide individual care required by each resident and ensure that each one retains as much dignity and individuality as possible. A care assistant plays a major part in creating a happy and caring atmosphere and is involved in a wide range of general caring services. You will be expected to adopt a totally flexible approach and attitude to the challenges of the post. All employees are bound by Company rules and the Residents´ Charter.
Senior Care Assistant
The Acting Manager is required to take responsibility to secure, sustain and promote the reputation of the home. You are required to set and maintain high standards of professional practice and to create a an environment conducive to the well being of each resident on a physical, emotional, social, and spiritual level. You will ensure that each resident receives care, according to their particular needs and to follow the policy and direction of the home. You must ensure the full implementation of current national minimum care standards and quality control/assurance requirements in all aspects and to supervise staff employed in the home. All employees are bound by Company Rules and the Residents´ Charter.
